CCRI's Advising Center serves as a crucial support hub for students, offering guidance on academic, career, and transfer goals. Caseload advising is a personalized approach where each student enrolled in a degree or certificate program has an assigned Advisor or Student Success Coach. This model allows Advisors to develop a closer working relationship and deeper understanding of their assigned students' goals, challenges, and progress, fostering a more tailored and effective advising experience. Caseload Advisors play a key role in helping students navigate course selections, addressing any academic concerns, and ensuring a holistic and individualized support system. Caseload Advisors also assist students with transfer planning to ensure a smooth transition and maximum transfer of credits to four-year institutions. A student's assigned Advisor/Success Coach can be found on the My Success Network page of their Starfish account.
