Whether you are right out of high school or coming to college mid-career or anywhere in between, New Student Orientation will help you understand the Community College and prepare yourself for academic and personal success! At Orientation, held at all of our campuses on multiple dates, new students are assisted in their transition to college through a series of informational sessions, a resource fair and community building activities throughout the day. There is also a virtual orientation option available.

Orientation is held just prior to each semester at each campus and is intended to be a casual and enjoyable start to your first semester.  Orientation provides opportunities for you to meet your classmates, become familiar with your designated campus, learn about resources and services to support you while at CCRI, discover opportunities to engage outside the classroom, and meet your faculty.
