Pathways to Progress (PATH)

PATH 1010  - First Year Experience Seminar  
(3 Credits)  
This course is best taken in a student’s first semester. It is designed to help students develop skills necessary for success in college and in their careers, and to encourage students to explore major and program options at CCRI to create specific career-minded goals. Topics include development of vital "soft skills" like critical thinking, communication, and professionalism, accessing CCRI resources and support services, academic skill development (time management, note taking, and study skills), financial planning for college, career exploration, and utilization of CCRI student technology.
